How do I place an order?
Shopping at our store is easy and secure. Just follow these few steps to place an order.
1. Select an item you wish to purchase, and click the “Add to Cart” button either from the product detail page or from the quick view.
2. You can then continue shopping or go directly to checkout.
3. Once you have finished shopping, click on “My Cart”, a small shopping cart icon located at the top right of the page, and follow the steps to confirm your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order, which will include the order number.
Where are La Corberana products manufactured?
They are manufactured in Spain. Our facilities are located in the province of Valencia.
What payment methods are accepted in the online store?
We accept payment by credit card, debit card and PayPal.
When will I receive my order?
From the moment you receive confirmation of your order, we expect to be able to deliver your products to you in approximately 2 working days.
Do the prices include VAT?
Indeed, VAT is included in the price of all items available in our store.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order via the web or mobile. Log in to the e-shop and go to My Orders to check your order details.
What exactly happens after I place my order?
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive confirmation of your order by email. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day or, at the latest, on the next business day.
I have forgotten my password, how do I recover it?
By accessing login and clicking on Forgot your password?, you will only have to enter your email address and we will automatically send you your password.
